Woodshop Factory
At Care 4 Needy Copts, our woodshop factory represents the commitment and compassion we have for transforming the lives of the needy Copts in Egypt. Through the woodshop, we empower individuals by providing vocational training and employment opportunities, allowing them to generate sustainable income and regain their sense of self-worth. In our woodshop, individuals learn valuable woodworking skills, enabling them to create beautiful handmade furniture and crafts. Not only do they master this craft, but they also acquire marketable skills that can open doors to a brighter future. With each piece crafted, their confidence grows, along with their potential for economic independence.

The woodshop factory, which was started in 2021 in Cairo, operates with 10 workers and produces furniture for the needy Copts in Upper Egypt. Examples of the furniture produced at the woodshop include beds, closets, and couches as well as desks and chairs for students and daycare.
The impact of the Woodshop Factory extends far beyond financial stability. It instills a sense of pride and purpose in the hearts of those we support. Together, let’s continue to empower individuals through these types of initiatives, enriching lives and weaving stories of transformation one piece of art at a time.
