Healthcare

Healthcare is a fundamental cornerstone of our mission at Care 4 Needy Copts. In Egypt, many vulnerable individuals lack access to crucial medical services, facing untold challenges in their quest for well-being. Through our dedicated efforts, we provide essential healthcare support to those in need, offering hope and healing to the most marginalized members of the Coptic community. By focusing on the human aspect of our work, we bring empathy and compassion to every medical intervention. Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those who depend on us for their health and well-being. Join us in our mission to provide essential healthcare to the needy Copts in Egypt.

Medical Program

Care 4 Needy Copts provides aid for ongoing medical needs by ensuring proper medical care through specialist consultations, treatments, and surgeries. It began by upgrading local clinics and referring complex cases—such as cancer, heart disease, and spinal cord issues—to specialists. Many patients are also sent to hospitals for surgeries and further medical investigations.

Misr Al-Mahaba Hospital

Care 4 Needy Copts supported the building of Misr Al-Mahaba Hospital in Bani-Mazar, El-Menia, to provide affordable, professional healthcare in Upper Egypt. Opened in March 2019, the hospital offers outpatient and inpatient care, pediatrics, specialized surgeries, laboratory services, pharmacy, radiology, emergency and ICU, kidney dialysis, and a cardiac unit.
